Jiemin who we manage to surprise successfully! She was still talking to us about what nihon mura (I dun remember the name, its some jap restaurant) when the birthday song played & the cake appeared in front of her. Had front view seats of her reaction LOL classic stunned face.

Wenxi~ who is back from australia! Her school's GPA is upon 7! & She only has to take 4 modules! *jaw drop* when sam & I head about this. LOL we were complaining too. Then sam mentioned she had 7 mods to do.. whoa..

Halfway through the place had a blackout! I think I'm damn gundu, got so excited over blackout hahaha. I dunno why but I love experiencing these kind of stuff, like blackouts, floods, earthquakes basically any kind of disasters you know & then survive through it. Quite a morbid mentality. Heh.


It's a good feeling isn't it, to be around people you are familiar with, people you've grown comfortable with and accustomed to all their quirks. & most importantly, people who you know won't fake it in front of you, who show you their real selves.The 2 years in jc passed by real quickly, perhaps a little too quick cos at the end of the day, we're all talking about how nice it'd be to go back to the good old jc days. Reminiscing is fun but do it to often and it can only mean one thing - you're getting OLD. oh my god no... ok change topic.

Dhoby ghaut mrt I hate you, why are you so huge with so many exits? Caused me & syikin to be waiting like idiots for the rest when actually they're at the other exit. Sam came by our exit too and the three of us became lost souls trying to find the others. haha. 3 noobs walking around plaza sing, searching helplessly for familiar faces. Quite hopeless ar, I think I should start paying attention to details like these and not follow around blindly.

While waiting I was telling syikin I wanted to buy more fbt shorts. This girl so gundu, asked me,

me: HAHAHAHAHAHAH

me: SINCE WHEN DOES PHYSICAL START WITH F?

then of all things to do next, this girl started singing "I'm a stupid girl~" in tune with barbie girl. OMG WHY IS SHE DOING THIS TO ME, MAKING ME LAUGH HYSTERICALLY!? HAHAHA! :D

Off to sweat camp tomorrow. Back on wednesday. Thursday is rock band with syikin day! yay can't wait! CIAOSSU gonna watch few more episodes of ABDC season 4 before sleeping. Dear brain, please wake up on time tomorrow.

Hahaha I spent my birthday working, yup so sad, but I had a very nice dinner with my colleagues + after that we drove all the way from jurong west to cck just to eat MOF ice cream. BUT YUMMY. Haha! Then friday dinner with Gladys, yay she got the present I want (: Thank you so much friend. We talked about having a picnic sometime next year. Then on sat was our mini class gathering (: Finally get to see everyone again.

Choosing modules is so frustrating. When you finally find the perfect combination, you find out that exams clash. Or lectures clash. ARHHHHHHHHH..

My brother's watching avatar now! I feel like watching it a second time man. Been so long since I've enjoyed watching a movie to such an extent that I feel like I'm part of it, like I'm there watching it with my own eyes, with so much anticipation for what will happen next that time passed by so quickly. Whoa.. The last time that happened was dark knight I think, though the impact wasn't as great as dark knight but still, there was an impact. You know when you watch a movie and you start to feel strong emotions and feelings you'll only feel once in a blue moon. Like hope, despair, desire, love, anguish, admiration and the list is endless. You just feel every inch of the movie creeping slowly into your soul and you feel so overwhelmed and amazed by everything. This is the beauty of movies and why I love them so much. Great movies only come once every few years and avatar definitely belongs into that category.

Class outing tomorrow yay. Like, finally after a whole year! :D :D :D Can't wait to see 07s04 again!

2009 movie of the year: AVATAR! OH MY GOD I think it's gonna be part of my favourite movies list.

Flag comm & Gambits <3. I'm starting to love them more and more. :) The holidays are going by too fast man. 2009 is already ending, the hell?! This is the fastest year of my life! Not looking forward to another sem but then again, the start of next sem would only mean 4 more days to the greatest life changing day of my life. :)  4/5 years ago when I first heard the band and fell madly in love with everything they represented, with every song which taught me life, with everything they did, never ever would have thought I'd have the chance to watch them live, EVER. I never dared imagine they'd come to singapore, especially not when I'm still a teenager. MY FINAL TEENAGE YEAR. :')

Today in Terrence's car, we almost died. I thought I was gonna be in another car accident again. SCARY DRIVER SIA!!!

Oh yes hello. Haha when I said my pay came in the other time, it hadn't come in yet. But now it's in! Okay super random. But you can imagine how happy I was to see those gleaming digits when I went to check my account balance. HAHA.

New Moon, was ooookay, but still cheesy. Much better than the first, I think every human being can agree on that. The things I liked about the movie:

1. Jacob Black's body. Just the body. Not the face.
2. The soundtrack which actually helped to set the mood right. Which reminds me, I think the first movie lacked a good soundtrack. Was there even a soundtrack?!
3. Wolves fighting. I prefer to watch that rather than vampires fighting. Edward's face cracked and went back to normal omg!
4. Bella screaming and screaming while sleeping. I thought it was fun to see her so tortured. If I were her dad I might seriously kick her out of the house for depriving me of sleep.
5. Dakota Fanning's eyes!!! SUPER RED!!!
6. Very few Edward Cullen scenes in this movie.

And on sunday the pj band peeps went for picnic at Botanic Gardens. Sort of a combined birthday celebration for 3 people (one belated, one current and one early lol). The swan lake there only has ONE PATHETIC SWAN!!! You make such a huge lake for one little swan to swim around?! At least give it a partner. Poor lonely fellow. We managed to find a very nice sheltered spot for partying but we were chased away by some people who said they booked the place for solemnisation. Why the hell do you wana get married in a garden in such hot weather alamak... And we played this card game called Saboteur, quite fun lehs.

下一站，幸福 and 海派甜心 are gonna show on cable tv in early Jan yayyyyy. I love cable tv.

It's now officially a month to the greatest day on earth! :D :D :D

& finally have a date with syikin tomorrow! YAAAAAAAY I MISS YOU VERY MUCH.

To think my brother just got rock band a few weeks ago & while playing the beatles version, I was thinking, wouldn't it be so awesome if they had a ROCK BAND: GREEN DAY? Wouldn't it just be the perfect game ever? How I'd totally just play that all day and do nothing else. How I can actually just sing from the heart and not have to look at the bloody lyrics without knowing how the song goes? HOW EVEN MORE AWESOME IT'D BE IF IT'S FROM 1039SOSH - 21CB!! Holy mother of god, Rock Band would become even more epic than it already is.

& NOW THEY ANNOUNCE THIS, THAT IT'S REALLY HAPPENING?!?! OMG. MY DREAMS ARE COMING TRUE ONE BY ONE. SOMEBODY PUNCH ME.

I go away for 2 days and when I come back, I GET THIS AMAZING NEWS!? plus the tiny chance that the foxboro hot tubs might make an appearance in the concert too... I can't even begin to imagine how my state of mind will be next year.

2010: DEFINITELY GOING TO BE THE GREATEST YEAR EVER (so far).

Yay TJM is a richer woman again. Wahaha yah lah my pay came in today. Two days back I went to buy 2 volumes of 会長はメイド様！(Kaichou wa Maid-sama) even though I know I can read online but I prefer to have it in book version. Plus I can take it out and read whenever I want :) And my bad habit is that once I buy one volume I need to buy more. Now I think I wana buy volume 5, sighhhh. Hahaha it's true that I hate lovey dovey crap in tv dramas but when it comes to shoujo manga, I'm a loser manz.

Met Rachel for dinner at west mall swensons yesterday :) Wah, the food there is kinda bad leh. I'm never stepping in there again. Watching New Moon with Gladys tonight! I can't imagine what will become of me when I step out of the cinema later. Will I still be in one piece? Or will I simply shrivel up and die? Wish me luck! :D

Had my kbox session with Denise and Huiyi on saturday, finally my first time singing the 5 hours one. All the time I've been going for Klunch which is far too short because I spend about half an hour eating the lunch. And then on sunday night I watched Mulan with the pj band peeps. Hmm. Mulan ah, it's okay only. I expected something more powerful that that. And there was a part where the scenes were all quite short and they don't really link to the next one, so I was guessing maybe they went to cut it? A bit weird haha. But the war scene was long enough. Zhao Wei suits that role, I think. The ending was supposed to be quite sad and but bloody hell I didn't cry. Sorry I think it's because of Disney Mulan which was very comical. I miss the Be A Man song. Okay it's not called Be A Man, it's I'll Make a Man Out of You hahahaha. BE A MAN~ We must be swift as the coursing river~ Okok shall stop singing. That song is constantly in my head!

And I didn't know Stefanie Sun sang the theme song! During the credits I was like thinking so hard, why is this girl's voice so familiar and I tried to think of all the taiwan china hongkong singers I could think of. Lol singapore didn't cross my mind. Then someone said Stefanie Sun and I'm like, OH.
